Hello Community,
In an inbound flow, with option of voicemail in Inqueue, where the voicemail transfers to queue, why aren't we able to see voicemails in our Inbox? Able to see in workspace > Interactions report. What should we do to get voicemails in Inbox for the members of the queue?
