    Hello Community,

    In an inbound flow, with option of voicemail in Inqueue, where the voicemail transfers to queue, why aren't we able to see voicemails in our Inbox? Able to see in workspace > Interactions report. What should we do to get voicemails in Inbox for the members of the queue?

    That In Queue transfer to voicemail actually creates a callback with a voicemail attached.  If you look for callbacks in your reports, you should find them there.
