Hello All,
I am attempting to create a workflow that will change the voicemail on a user to "RETAIN_INDEFINITELY". I ran into the issue with the data action with error "This request requires a user context". I now understand data actions use client credentials so this call is not allowed as it requires user context.
I understand that a workaround is to use the SDK with an implicit grant.
Has anyone implemented anything to update the voicemail retention?
