    Good day everyone,

    Sometimes, I noticed many interaction which have the statut not ENDED = No (so waitng in queue) in performance interactions views are not display in queue performance Activity.

    Did you have any piste of explication of this display problem?

    Remember that Web Messaging, Emai, and other digital interactions can remain open for up to 72 hours and if no response is made in either direction, the session will be ended.  You can look through the Interaction view with the filter for Ended=no to check for these.
