    Hi Community ,

    I need help to understand few aspects of wallboard accounts :-

    1) Can I put up something on wallboard except the dashboard (say queue performance view)?

    2) When the wallboard account is set up on Genesys, are they displayed permanently? i.e. without going inactive or needing someone to login everyday?

    3) Does inacitivity timeout setting apply on wallboard (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-an-automatic-inactivity-timeout/?theme=simplified).

    Hi Garima,

    A wallboard account is just for wallboard use, if you add additional permissions to display other info then you will be charged based on the permissions assigned.

    I believe that they can timeout and would need to be relogged into occasionally.  There is an idea (Dashboard user should be excluded from the Session Timeout / Inactivity Timeout) that it may be worth voting for.
