    I am doing some work on Web Messaging using a voice bot and need to resolve a few issues which are

    1) i have added slots however even when i enter the correct slot answer ie surname i am getting a message which asks to enter the slot name. Even if i enter a known first name i am still getting the error.

    2) i need to ensure that if no response is entered by the agent or customer after a certain period of time that a message is displayed to the customer to confirm they are still there.

    3) Is it possible to provide a real time view of customer satisfaction every couple of hours ?

    For 1, are you using the Any Slot type for that slot?  Try that.

    For 2, Change the User Input setting for No Input time and number of times before disconnect.  There is also the option for Max Inputs you can use

    For 3, Are you talking Survey satisfaction or customer Sentiment.  Different options here.
