We currently have Genesys Web Messaging deployed on our site via Google Tag Manager. These tags are executed using a client side container.
We are moving to a server side container to improve performance. I cant find any documentation on this in relation to a Messenger deployment.
Is a specific server side tag needed? Will there be any impact to Messenger if deployed within a server side container?
Any insight much appreciated.
