Everyone: worth highlighting a new GC Blueprint showing how to implement Email Push Notifications for Unread Outbound Messages!
The use-case addressed by the Blueprint is to inform offline End-Users about new unread/undelivered outbound messages from the Brand: the solution is leveraging GC platform APIs, including Process Automation and Agent-less Email. The solution described in the Blueprint could be extended to other Async Push channels. This is a good Blueprint to review, while in parallel we work on productizing Email Notification and other Push channels.
