Good afternoon everyone
I'm looking for some help with handling web messaging interactions, i'm not sure if im right but what i read is that i can't set display name and handle a customer id to get the history of the conversation for an specific id using web messaging java sdk, i followed instructions from this link:
https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/sdk/docexplorer/webmessagingjava/
to start a conversation, for the agent it displays the interacion with "No Name" display name and there's no conversation historical, example:
So that's the question, how can i change the display name from web messaging java sdk and handle historical for conversations.

For updating the customer name, see this post: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/add-name-to-alerting-tile Not sure what you mean by "get the history of the conversation for a specific id": can you clarify use-case?

Thank your for answering, I'll go using external contact, even though I was reading on the forum and found that this is a feature that is in development, is there already a date for when it will be available?
