    Hello, 

    I'm facing an issue with the integration between Web Messaging and Google DialogFlow CX integration when I try to send a picture. DialogFlow receives a null value from Genesys. 



    I can see the image when the interaction is routed to an Agent. Only null value on the DialogFlow side.

    Did you enable cards in your integration with DialogFlow:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-cards-in-bot-conversations/#citem_e48d-3386

    Also, is Google sending as cards or just links and test?
