    Hi Team,

    There will be a use case, were we have a front-end application, the customer will login and use our web messaging, However, the front-end application should not connect directly to the Genesys cloud, and this need to be happen via Apigee layer.

    "Code Snippet must be wrapped with APIGEE URL, and that URL has to be used to portal team for chat/web messaging invoke."

    Is this possible where we can create any Genesys API's, instead of directly deploying our genesys web messaging custom snippet code to the portal page? we are looking any API calls, so that front end will call this api (Apigee) and they connect with GC.

    "Custom snippet (We have added custom attributes inside the snippet (Name, email, Phone) and getting these details from web page and that can be showed to the agent screen-popups)"

    But We do not want the portal to call directly to Genesys Cloud, Basically APIGEE will act as wrapper, and call the GC API to initiate GC web massaging.

    What it sounds like you really need is Authenticated Messaging.  Your Portal will authenticate the user and then use will have to use the Guest Messaging API.  I don't think you will get around having the code on the portal site.  See here for more:  Authenticated web messaging overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
