    Do we have any reference documents available for the Cloud Web Messaging "Supervisor Assist" , similar to the Agent assist feature in Web messaging?

    What is Supervisor Assist that you are thinking about?  Agent assist is described here: About Genesys Agent Assist - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  Agent Assistance is the icon on the left that is a chat room for agents and supervisors.
