    Hi Team,

    Wanted to check how we can provide the System messages using Widget for example like Agent Connected, Agent Disconnect with the Agent Name. BOT Connected, Disconnect, etc.

    Currently I dont see any options for Localization settings for it like on-prem widget. Do we have any other options if its not available.
