    Hello team, 

    Is there a way to eliminate the initial screen when you click on the web messaging icon or any button to launch the Genesys web messenger co-browse screen?

    Need to immediately display the below screen.

    Not currently, but I have an idea for that:  Option to Auto-start Co-browse Messging | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    If you're only using it for Co-Browse you should be able to do it in Headless mode, but you need to build the UI to enter PIN yourself.

    I asked about this in beta since I wanna be able to use Co-Browse for Voice but I don't want it to be an option in the chat window.

    Hi everyone,

    We're continuing to monitor the demand for improvements in this area. In the meantime, there are two alternatives to the default behavior. You could use the Headless SDK as Jan mentioned, but you could also use Messenger's JS command "Messenger.openCobrowse" to programmatically jump directly to this view with our native Messenger.
