I have a KB that has an extensive article with many pics. When I run my messenger and ask for the article it will only display the URL of the image. It also does not display the full article. Is there a limit on how long the article can be? Is there also a limitation on how large the images have to be?

Hello @Chris_Dalziel can you help us reproduce this issue? Is the article response being created from within a Digital Bot Flow, using the corresponding Flow action (Show Knowledge Article or via Agent? Can you attach a screenshot of the Knowledge Article?

I probably can not fit the entire article but below is a screen shot of the article and me testing it to the right. Also the response is from a Bot flow.
