I referred the web-messaging API documentation, and to configure a guest session in web-messenger, we need to provide the token so how to get the token or how to generate that token or the customer session?

Hi - if you are referring to token mentioned in Configure a guest session:
- token (required) A guest-generated UUID used to access the session. This value is arbitrary to Genesys Cloud, but it must be unique as it grants access to a specific session.
Basically, the value is generated and stored on the client (guest). For example, this could be a UUID/GUID, to achieve uniqueness of the token.
