    All,

Want to check if we can customize the web survey page by adding some logo or color bar on top of it. Also if we can modify the email body in which we are sending the survey link.

Any help around it will be really helpful

You can use Mark Up to add those elements in the Header area of your form. Please see: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/format-the-header-and-footer-in-a-web-survey-form/

    Thanks Dan,

I can able to get the image if i am using external URL and not the one which i placed under document. Although i used the image to be shared as public.
    Am i missing something ?
Also when we submit the survey, we get a note:
"This survey is complete. Thank you for your submission!
    Powered by PureCloud by Genesys"

Is it possible to customize and remove this message "Powered by PureCloud by Genesys" ??

I am guessing based on what you are saying that you are using the shareable link for an image that you have placed in the Document Workspace. You cannot use that link for the image. That link is used to serve up the content from Genesys Cloud  and it is not technically a direct link to the image - not sure if that is the best way to describe it.

Essentially, you must use a link (URL) that points directly to a resource that is available to Internet users. As if you were going to use an image in a web page for a publicly available website. The sample URL that is listed in the Resource Center is an example of a URL that can be used:
![company logo](https://help.mypurecloud.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/favicon-128.png "Genesys Logo"). Because that is a link to an image file hosted on a publicly available web server.

TLDR: You can't use the shareable link to the image that is stored in the Genesys Cloud Document Workspace in your Survey Form headers or footers.

Regarding the Genesys Cloud branding after the Survey is completed, that currently cannot be changed.

You can create an idea in the idea lab for either or both of these ideas if you would like.

    Hi Anurag,
Regarding your question about modifying the body of the email invitation -you can use Contact Center Canned Response to do that- and add it in to your flow.  There's an example of the Architect in the link below under Example Set up Advanced Survey Invite Flow.   Also below is a screen shot of an invitation created in Canned Response and saved in the Response library.   On the right see Get Response and the field that says Library.  That pulls in the email response that you create in Canned Responses.
    Here's an example:

     https://rcstaging.wpengine.com/articles/navigate-a-survey-invite-flow/.

Dan is correct that Genesys Cloud branding at survey completion cannot be changed. If you notice surveys that you receive you'll very frequently see "powered by" or "survey by.." and the name of the survey vendor that provides survey services for that company.  In this case - our surveys are powered by Genesys so no plans to change that.
    Thanks for the questions!
    Lesley
