  • 1.  Web survey invite flow - 72 hours delay

    Hi!

    I have created Post chat survey flow to send surveys to our customer's through an email.

    Steps:

    • Create a survey form
    • Create web survey invite flow
    • Create policy which involves survey form and survey flow
    • Match interaction type, queue, invitation sending domai

    However, during the implementation, I found that the release time is 72 hours, this is to allow customers time to respond without interruption.

    I couldn't find a work around to test this feature immediately and receive the email of the survey to my own email address bypassing this delay.

    Even disabling the threading timeline didn't fix this issue.

    Is there any workaround to test such survey flow immediately?

    Survey status: Pending

    Hello Mohamed,

    I'm not aware of any work around for this. I know that there is an Idea in the Product Ideas Lab that is listed as Under PM Review that you may want to vote on.

    Hello,

    Since the flow executes immediately, even tho the e-mail is sent after 72 hours, you can enable Execution History on the flow to see what happens.
    There you can also see the SurveyURL value if you need to access the survey to fill it out.

    Other options I've used before this was available were Data Actions to send Agentless email, SMS or enter values in a Data Table.

    I tried the check the flow Execution History but found it empty. Seems the flow doesn't execute immediately.

    It executes immediately.

    This assumes you have enabled execution history on Organization level and configured data level to store in Architect.
    You can also override the data level setting for a single flow in architect if you normally don't store anything or less than you need for troubleshooting.
