Subject: Webhooks - Microsoft Teams - workflow
Hey all,
I've been doing a bit of research to find out if there's a way to create a webhook for Microsoft teams. I've had a look at the trigger and I understand how i'd make the connection to microsoft teams but i'm stumped at where to start with the work flow.
Initially i'd like to send notifications to my team when our ASA or Abandon levels increase with view to send notifications to team managers when agent's have been on interactions for a while or prolonged code usage. (Aware this is possible within Genesys alerts but our team managers don't always have Genesys open)
Is this something that anyone has done before? If anyone can direct me to some articles/ helpful guides that would be great!
Thanks,
Jenna
