  • 1.  WebRTC (phone in Genesys cloud)

    We have one agent who experienced the issue with WebRTC (phone in Genesys cloud) turned red and got an error message that said (you have Genesys cloud web-based phone selected, which is not supported in this browser). Why does he get this error message? Please advise.

    What browser is being used?

    Chrome, Edge and Firefox are supported. Safari is not.

    That depends...what browser are they using?

    What other symptoms are they experiencing?

    They are using Edge Windows 10

    They are using Edge Browser and Windows 10. the other system is that sometimes the screen recording does not show.
