My diagram as below:

* The WebRTC in the Customer Site for connecting Genesys Cloud through AWS Direct Connect. I use BYOC and not Edge Location.
* Trunk SBC Audiocodes don't see a problem through AWS Direct Connect, but the customer would like to WebRTC in the connect Call Center On-Site through AWS Direct Connect too.

1* group home office;
2* group on-site; this group can possible use webRTC connect trhouth AWS Direct Connect?
Ps: This architecture will be connect Trunk (BYOC <--> SBC) throught Direct Connect.
need use Aws Direct Connect in Softphone WebRTC? is possible? I don't see possibility, but I would have what you think...
