This episode is greatly appreciated @Matt Lawson, @Alan Lanteigne, & @David Van Milligan! I'm certain the members of our team with extensive telephony and VOIP-type experience are going to geek out over it.

Is there are a chance you could share the outline/matrix of talking points you all were walking through? Might make for a great Resource Center article or something we can polish and use locally.

Was also thinking an outline would be helpful as well. I'd even suggest that they could have links to specific articles on the help site.

Great videos, I've certainly learned a lot. Might need to view a couple more times to have it all sink in.

I do have a question for the experts.

We sometimes see a number of IceCandidate errors in the console logging for both google and the Genesys requests.

Should we be concerned? Sounds like that handoff between edge and web is having some issues.

Will be interested in seeing what you find here Anton as I'm starting to try to dig into the whole process myself.  Anything funky like zscaler/proxy involved?  Users on multiple active connections (LAN and WiFi)?

Absolutely Zscaler and other network security services are involved.

But if it is normal Genesys behavior for there to be multiple timeouts like this, then no biggie, if it isn't normal and it isn't google / Genesys servers, then likely it is zscaler or other network services, but then where can I point our network teams too?

Convincing net ops there is anything wrong with their setup is no easy task.

Thought I put this somewhere but don't see it now - apologies if it's double posted but..

Not directly WebRTC related but could one of them maybe give us an explanation on how/where audio device profiles are stored and what is stored within them?  It's my understanding that they're stored somewhere within Genesys Cloud and not local but has things like user Id, hardware IDs etc but for those curious among us it'd be nice to know a little more about that process and if we truly can't access any of that via API etc.

Hi @Alan Lanteigne in this show you mentioned some enhanced troubleshooting stuff coming through for WebRTC.  Can you please let me know where that's at?
