    Everyone:
    I am planning to test Genesys Cloud Voice.

    Will be using WebRTC both from the clients which are inside the network(LAN) & outside the network.

    Wanted to check if anyone has used WebRTC via Proxy like Zscaler ?
    Is it recommended to use Proxy for WebRTC communication or is it recommended to use firewall ? 

    Any recommendations or use cases for WebRTC using Proxy ?

    I could not give feedback abou Zscaler or similar solution.  Also, I know some has tested private cloud to connect to Genesys Cloud but I have no details. However, I have some reference about AWS direct, maybe it could help you:
