Original question to GCC ： Does this maintenance be for all interactions, or for some interactions to receive the event?
GCC answer: This is general notification that can be occasionally received by any active WebSocket connections to Genesys and it is not specific to interactions. Once you receive this notification, you need to close the existing connection and open a new WebSocket connection to your target URI.
GCC advised to post on Developer Forum for further follow up question.
from my understanding, during Genesys maintenance, some interactions can received 'websocket closing soon', and some cannot.
If it is not received, does it mean that there is no impact and can works? Or is there an impact that just didn't receive it?
If we don't receive it but it will have an impact, wonder how we can know? Is there any API to know?

Hi team, could Genesys team help answer this question? We have checked with GCC and they do not know this answer
