    Hi,

    Is there a way to receive the weekly release note few days before the official day (on wednesday)
    As a partner integrator it would be very efficient and proactive to have it before.
    This could avoid questions from our customers

    Last week there was a big change regarding the performance view. This generated lot of support cases
    Today the emergency address feature appears on the agent UI and again customers opened lot of cases

    Good day, 

    FYI that these were both published on the Features coming soon page which updates weekly, usually late Thursday or early Friday.  Sometimes the details are a little light, although they released more information on the Workspace update as it was significant.  

    I know I eagerly check this link each week.

    Features coming soon is something we recently discovered as well, but it does not offer a subscription option. That would sure be handy to get a notification of the upcoming changes instead of just checking until they are there.

    We have also recently ran into the same issue with changes and a customer.

    Also looked for a more direct forum/communication stream with all future and next release notes available earlier than the current availability schedule, but no success.
    So far in my journey I have found info here on the community that you cant find via the release notes and coming features pages.

    We as a partner need time to analyze in coming changes for impact on customers and to assist customers to prepare and be aware of changes that will/could impact them.
