Time for a few Tips & Tricks to help you on your way with

    Employee Performance

Well we here on our last week of tips and tricks covering our Employee Performance Discipline!!

And get ready for our Q&A Episode and our WEM Trivia Event as our final 🙌 to #WEMay 2023

But... until then let’s take a look at our Tip 1 of the week…..

    No.1: Gamification profiles

A typical configuration of gamification profiles group employees is with the same metrics and targets.

As such, a best practice example would be to have a profile for, let’s say, the customer service department and another for the Sales department, same metrics but very different targets.

BUT…. you could also configure a variation of these profiles to accommodate a new hire class who have just started with your company.

Being measured on wider targets ranges will help motivate and engage these new employees to “score points” and is likely to accelerate the learning curve.

Then, as their performance and gamification points increases, they can graduate to the regular gamification profile.

    Great idea, hey???

Get the newbies motivated and eager to get themselves on the leaderboard

Tip 2 tomorrow – don’t forget to check it out!
