Clayton - that error is just saying that routing is not enabled for your org for workitems. We have not released routing or the agent UI to beta due to some scale issues we uncovered during testing – so you have access to all of our preview APIs, but not the ability to route to agents at this time. We will be re-evaluating beta access for this in the new year but right now we are heads down focused on getting our MVP solution out to GA and are targeting late March for release. GA will include routing/agent UI support.
