We have a number of customers that have Enterprise Agreements and as part of that we have to cater for some unusual shift patterns. One example is each shift being 7 hours and 47 minutes, with a 45 minute lunch break. As work plans are restricted to a minimum 5 minute interval there doesn't appear to be a way of catering for this in the current WFM modelling. Has anybody come across this issue, and potentially have a workaround?
Additionally I don't see an idea already raised in the roadmap. I am happy to add a new idea but wanted to see whether there was anything in place/planned before doing so.
