Greetings. I'm doing some WFM work where I'm pulling the schedules for the agents and writing them to an external file for use by a 3rd party. For some agents their actual time zone can differ from the configured time zone for the business unit. I need to be able to query/determine the agents actual time zone before writing the data out.
Is there a way in WFM or anywhere else to get the agents actual time zone?
Thank you.

That is not a natively tracked attribute of users and if you manually injected it into a custom field there is no API for retrieving it back from there.
Basically the answers in this thread are largely unchanged.

Hi thanks for reaching out. We do not currently have a way to track individual agent time zones, however I can see the potential uses for such a thing. Please feel free to add an idea to the ideas portal here with details of your use case: Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal. Thanks!
