The Genesys Cloud: WFM - Business Unit and Management Unit Configuration eLearning course has been updated.
Within this course update, we have added information on the new features for Activity smoothing and schedule variability, Alternative Shift Trades, Notification Configuration, Scheduling Granularity, and Employee Development Activity Codes. We have also updated screenshots and rerecorded videos to accommodate the new features and UI updates.
