    Hello,

I am familiar with agents going from the meeting presence to the offline/unavailable state when they lock computers and go to a meeting. We have tried changing the sleep settings but that did not resolve the issue of agents presence changing from meeting to offline or unavailable. Has anyone tried changing the network adaptor setting to not sleep when a laptop is locked? My IT department is having trouble figuring out how to change my settings to test it so I thought I would pose the question to the community.

    Thank you!!

    Hi Andrea,

Stand-by mode SO Windows I recommend you don't use economy Energy or suspend and configure "Power Management options for high performance".

The browser has an action stand-by too and It needs attention, chrome for example: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/12929150?hl=en.

    Att,

That detection has nothing to do with the network adapter and everything to do with detecting from an OS level that you've locked the screen. There's no real way around this detection.
