I want to understand what exactly does isDone property represent. I don't see it's documentation anywhere. Everything is included here https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/embeddable-framework/condensed-conversation-info except the isDone property. Does it mean the interaction was RONA? (Agent did not pick up the call if it is true)
