This will be my first time and I am BEYOND excited (see what I did there... yeah, nerd power). I can't wait to see how AI is and will be a part of landscape, learning best practices from others, sharing what I have been able to accomplish with my team and Genesys.. and of course. hearing the Key Note speaker will be a bucket list item checked off for sure.

Second time going! Looking forward to learning more about AI, hopefully some more information on the Salesforce and Genesys integration, and Lin-Manuel Miranda!! I would just lose my mind if I could meet him, but just to be in the same room as him is going to be so exciting!

Last year was my first and it was so great! I'm looking forward to absorbing tons of info and more 'a ha' & 'that gives me an idea' moments to come home with.

Plus, let's be real... it's Lin-Manuel Miranda! I've been bursting with excitement since the news broke that he was the key note speaker.
