Disclaimer: I don't have a lot of experience with Polycom phones, and don't know the features or differences between the various lines.
We have some VVX 201 and VVX 500 devices in use in our old system right now that we're planning to reprovision in Genesys Cloud. We needed a few more, though, so we just bought a few dozen Poly Edge E100 devices. They're fairly inexpensive, possibly beating the price on the VVX 301 based on the few seconds of Google searching I just did. They've been working just fine for the couple weeks that we've been using them. Others can chime in if they have more experience with any certain models.

Thanks, I only used this one as the low price example I looked at. If anyone knows anything better, that would help. Any of the other Polys better?

Hello Hillary,
The Polycom VVX 311 is compatible with Genesys Cloud but there are some notes to keep in mind.
- The phone must be running UC software version 5.5.2 or later to support
- Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP)
- Global phone provisioning
- Secure VoIP
- If your VVX 311 phone is manufactured after June 2022 you'll need to use the RFC 1035 compliant format setting in your configuration.
This phone should work well and is supported by Genesys.
Hope this helps!

We need to have some of our agents use a physical phone as a backup, our current phones are Avaya which aren't compatible. We don't want to spend too much as it's a temporary solution. I was looking at the the Polycom VVX 311, anyone have any experience or recommendations?
