  • 1.  What queues am I active on in My Queues Activity?

    Hello.  In the Performance -> Workspace -> My Queues Activity it shows all of the queues that an agent has been assigned.  Is there a way for the agent to see which queues they are active on in this view?

    No there is no way, but excellent idea.  Vote and comment here:  Add selection on My Queues Activity for | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
