    Many customers are asking for the ability to be able to Send out Dialer Broadcast WhatsApp Template messages from Dialer, like you can today for SMS's.

    Any that can help in this regard?

    I believe @Katie Ritz is working on the Agentless WhatsApp API that could eventually be used for campaigns.  We can do Voice, SMS/MMS, and Email today and I would expect to see WhatsApp and other channels added to Outbound.  ​
