    Hello All

    There are a couple of questions regarding Whatsapp integration and templates

    • How can we make use of whatsapp forms? - https://app.whatsform.com/
    • How can we send a carousal response to whats app (Outbound message). I see Genesys only supports body only templates..Are there any plans to support templates with images as carousal
    • Can we send canned response from Digital Bot Flow directly ?
    • Currently, I have imported a template which is active .. But I am not able to send messages to the customers. Attached the images for references

    Can anyone please help me here

    So, let me try to get answers:

    Yes, WhatsApp supports templates, in fact, you have to use one initially when you contact a customer.

    Hard to say.   If you look here: Work with carousels in bot conversations - Genesys Cloud Resource Center, it says it is supported and then not 5 lines later it says it is not supported.  You or others will have to test that.  I sent a documentation review request to Genesys.

    Yes, you can use the canned responses in Messaging flows when you use the Get Response in conjunction with the Auto Reply:  Send Auto Reply action - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Did you get your Template approved through Genesys:  Get an approved WhatsApp message template - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
