    Hey everyone, I want to know if there's anyway to create an option for the customer to write a number for choosing from a list displayed from chatbot as an example:

    Hello Osama!

    After some internal discussion this looks like it can be achieved by using the following documentation! You would have to add this into your message flow but it definitely can be built in architect.

    Yeah Sure! 

    I created Intent which you can find first in Natural Language Understanding Tab inside the flow, here is a documentation about it https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/intents-overview/
