  • 1.  Where are Cloud Recordings stored

    Hi,

    We have our org in Canada (cac1.pure.cloud) region. Can someone tell me if our archived calls are stored in Canada as well?

    Great question. I want to say yes, but since you are referring to long-term storage (archive) I have some reservations... @Daniel Ho are you able to help affirm or refute my statement?​

    Yes, archived calls are stored in the same region as where your org is located.
