We have a customer that is using Citrix with Salesforce. They would like to keep the settings that the agent selects in the client and they would like to keep them.
Apparently the Citrix is saving the usual cookies but not all of the hundred of directories possible.
Does anyone know which directory and file would be used to save these settings? I am assuming a developer or someone would know where these settings are saved so we can ensure Citrix is saving them.

Hi Troy,
The settings that the agent selects in the client are stored in the browser’s local storage, so it is wherever Google Chrome saves local storage data to.
