Hey everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone knows where the summaries generated by Agent Assist are automatically stored? I'm aware that we can copy the summary to notes and view it in interaction details later on, but I'm curious if there's a specific location where these summaries are saved by default.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

There currently isn't a way of accessing these, but there is an active idea on the Product Ideas Lab.  I would recommend voting on idea EPAGAST-I-107 and adding your business use case so that it can be considered for upcoming development.
