  • 1.  Where is the recording stored in GMF solution?

    In the GMF solution, is the recording locally stored in  satellite region or in the home region? Or can choose to store in the satellite region or the home region? For example, Tokyo is as satellite region, Frankfurt is as home region, can we select local Tokyo recording to store in Frankfurt ?

    Hi Tao,

    I believe it is only to store recordings in the region they were handled, e.g Calls handled in Frankfurt, would be stored in Frankfurt
    Store recordings in local Genesys Cloud regions
