    Hello,

    I just want to make sure the following:

    Our customer wants to have his email address on the "Reply to" field, i.e the from address of an outgoing email (from PureCloud) must have customer's email address.

    All incoming emails to PureCloud will be redirected from customer's Email server.

    To configure this wish, is it enough just to add the TXT Record?
    And no need to add the MX record?
