  • 1.  Why is the agent interaction is showing SIP @localhot information for the "remote" info?

    I have an agent that is showing SIP information for the "remote" column. The agent is performing a internal transfer to a queue then dialing out to a external number.

    Is the agent using a WebRTC phone or a remote number to another system or to their cell phone?  I have seen this at times to a Remote SIP station.

    WebRTC phone. I'm thinking the agent is transferring calls incorrectly and causing the call to split into different legs.
