The issue seems to have disappeared as suddenly as it appeared, so we may never know what actually caused it. Of course, if it happens again....

Is anyone aware of any platform issues with Genesys Cloud this morning? We're receiving reports from users across the one of our customer's ORGs that Genesys is freezing (Salesforce and Desktop App) and forcing users to Not Responding. Working to get more information now but wanted to see if anyone else has seen anything..
