We are using Genesys Widget 2.0 and utilizing the Guest Chat Api for creating a new webchat. We want to know if there are any Api Usage limitations with Guest Chat Api. Any limitation on number of web chats that can be started simultaneously ?

Hello,
There is a default limit of 100 new chat sessions per minute (I mean a max of 100 "POST /api/v2/webchat/guest/conversations" per minute)
