    Hi,
    We are using the Genesys SIP Endpoint in WDE for the voice channel. We are planning to upgrade to Windows 11 for our new workstaion environment and I have noticed that this is supported for WDE but not for the SIP Endpoint.
    What is the road map for SIP endpoint regarding Windows 11 support? Is this planned for the near future?

    Hello Erik,

    Thank you for contacting Genesys Cloud Services. I checked with the product team for the Workspace SIP Endpoint, and they confirm that for now WSEP will not support Windows 11. Windows 11 support is under consideration only; however, the Genesys Softphone solution does support Windows 11. Have you considered migrating to Genesys Softphone in favor of WSEP?

    Hi Steven, I guess than since November/2023 is available for Windows 11.
