  • 1.  Woke Up to a New Conversation View and agents are not happy

    Not sure what preempted this change, but my people are not happy about it, OR was it not really meant to change? We got the cloud update last night. Are my people just really picky?

    FOUND IT!  Navigate the Interactions panel - Genesys Cloud Resource Center   Trying to turn it off are manipulate it but can't find the "Panel Manager" the docs are referencing. Fun stuff, I'll be back at it tomorrow.
