Hi @Paul Wood, @Cory E Vance
I have copied and pasted Corys reply here as due to the outage earlier it didn't register correctly:
Hello Paul,
I would love to schedule a time to talk with you about this.
I have some availability this week and next week. Please let me know some times that would work for best for you. Just as a note I am central standard time.
Thank you!

Subject: Work Plan Bids
Hi Cory,
The limit for the number of Work Plans per Bid Group is fixed and can't be increased.
I would like to better understand the history and use cases for the team of 20 having so many schedule options. This would indicate that each person has the option to pick from 8-9 unique schedules.
Some of the questions I have are:
- Are all work plans fixed?
- Could any of the Work Plans be aggregated into more flexible options?
- For example, rather than have 3 Work Plans for each of the start times 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00, have a flexible work plan with a variable start time of 7:00 - 9:00.
If possible, could we schedule a call to review your current process and how Work Plan Bids could best support it?
Paul

Subject: Work Plan Bids
Hello all!
I am looking for some help with work plan bids. We have a team of about 180 nurses who are agents on the phones. Nurses can pick the schedule they work. These schedules are put together in 6-week increments, and each week could be different from the next. We have been utilizing the work plan rotations. However, this can be a more manual process, and we would like to start utilizing the work plan bid feature. The issue I am running into is that work plan bids have a limitation on how many schedules I can add to one work plan bid (50). For reference, we have one team of about 20 nurses that has a total of 178 different schedules.
Is there a workaround? Can we increase our limit of schedules in a work plan bid?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
