Gareth - another of our PMs posted an update to the community a couple weeks back about the upcoming changes. All of the UI changes coming to the queue administration screens are cosmetic and don't change functionality.

We're doing what we can to try and communicate UI changes ahead of pushing them out to production and the community is one of our best options!

Yes, we are planning to release this at the end of the month as we are introducing a number of other cosmetic UI changes to the Queue Administration pages and this is blocked by that. Target release of 8/31.

Hi everyone - we are looking into this now. It looks like one of the UI elements of the feature didn't make it through to production and I'm trying to figure out where it is! Hopefully we'll have this rectified quickly as adding agents to queues by work team is a great/easy way to manage queue membership.
