I am very new to workflows for emails and am trying to achieve a disconnect of all auto replies that come through to our email queues.
I have set up in Inbound Email - Inbound auto-generated email handling to disconnect - though this is not working 100%.
We have then set up a disconnect Case in the workflow where if the subject contains Automatic Reply the email should disconnect, this is not working for us at all.
I am wondering if anyone can offer any assistance in to how we establish our workflows to always disconnect auto replies in to email workflows?
Any insight would be appreciated.
